Shipping policy

Processing time is 3-7 business days. I do my best to get packages out before the 4-day mark, but I cannot always guarantee that.

Local pickup processing time is the same but usually takes an extra day or two.

In the absence of an emergency, any order not shipped within 14 business days will be fully refunded and you will receive a free pair of earrings when your package arrives.

*I do not/can not take responsibility for any delays or mistakes made by USPS (or any other shipping provider). I will do my best to make sure you get your package, but please understand USPS isn't always fully reliable.

**For bridal/custom orders, items will be shipped 3-7 days after final design photos have been sent to customer. In absence of an emergency, any of these orders not shipped within 14 days of the final photos being sent will be fully refunded and include a free pair of earrings.
